Pop Smoke
Olivia Isabel Rodrigo was born 20th February 2003. She is an American singer-songwriter, actress and producer. She gained notoriety for her role in the Disney films High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, and Bizaardvark in the mid-2010s. The first single from Rodrigo "Drivers License" was released by Interscope Records and Geffen in 2020. It became a big hit and was listed among the top 2021 songs in sales. This song was a major success, and helped push her into the mainstream. She followed it with songs like "Deja Vu" as well as "Good 4 U", before releasing her debut solo album, studio album Sour (2021). The album garnered both commercial and critical success, and was nominated for three Grammy Awards. The Disney+ documentary Olivia Rodrigo Driving home 2 U, which traces her process of creating as she develops Sour, is due to release in 2022. Pop Smoke (born July 20, 1999, and residing in Brooklyn, New York City) was also honored with the title of American MuBashar Jackson Jackson (July 20th 1999 from July 20th 1999 to February 19th of 2020). Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City, Pop Smoke began his professional career in late 2018, with his debut track "MPR (Panic Part 3 Remix)". Pop Smoke became famous after the release of his breakout singles "Welcome to the Party", and "Dior" which were released in the year 2019. He often worked with UK drill artists and producers, who employed more minimal and aggressive instrumentation as compared to American drill musicians from Chicago, reintroducing the sound as Brooklyn drill.Following his success, recording producer Rico Beats introduced Pop Smoke to Steven Victor in April 2019. Victor signed Pop Smoke a record deal with Victor Victor Worldwide Records and Republic Records. In July 2019 Pop Smoke released his debut mixtape, Meet the Woo 2. In July of 2019 the artist released the second mixtape Meet the Woo 2. It was released at the number seven spot in the Billboard 200. This was the first time that Pop Smoke had reached the top-10 in the United States. 50 Cent, a New York rapper was the executive producer on the album that he died on, Shoot for the Stars. Aim for the Moon It was released July 3, 2020. It debuted at the highest position on the Billboard 200. All 19 songs from the album charted on the Billboard Hot 100. The album also produced an array of top 10 international singles, including "For the Night" (featuring DaBaby and Lil Baby) and "What You Know Bout Love". Pop Smoke's second studio album, Faith, was released by Republic Records on July 16 2021. She received seven Billboard Music Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards. Time named her one of the 2021 Entertainers of The Year. Billboard named her the Woman Of the Year in 2022.Rodrigo has been honored with numerous accolades for her achievements in the music industry, which include three Grammy Awards.
